“I’m moving forward into my 74th year of life with the help of the Total Fitness Bodybuilding Inner Circle for valuable support. During the transformation challenge I have mastered the eating plan and found it to be nourishing with no feelings of hunger. I enjoyed resistance training with a 4 day split routine. And I had a good feeling of achievement with my cardio which was mainly a walking programme of a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Over the past 90 days I have lost 9.2% body fat, 24.5 lbs of body fat and gained 6.5 lbs of LBM equating to a total body weight loss of 18.5 lbs.”

“I joined the total fitness bodybuilding community in October 2014, I started out with the free workout on Lee Hayward dot com website, this was the first time that I actually started seeing some real muscle growth over my whole body. I finished the program and went onto “Blast your Biceps” When I started BYB my arms were 13” @ 12% BF, now I am at 14.5 inches at 12% BF. I gained 1.5 inches around my biceps. I did notice that I gained muscle development all over. I put an inch everywhere else. Since being part of this family I have always had support from Lee and guidance to help me achieve my goals. During the fitness challenge, I ran into some challenges myself with family issues that lead me away from reaching my goals. However, I jumped back into the game and finished. This experience has given me a clear cut look on what I need to do to prep for another competition. I followed the extreme fat loss diet while preparing for the challenge.
